The Shangri-La Diaglogue 2010-09-20 - The Shangri-La Dialogue has made great gains in advancing co-ordinated policy between participating states on maritime security and the delivery of humanitarian assistance. These remain important subjects requiring refined approaches. We look forward this year to hearing the thoughts of defence ministers, including from other regions, on their recent experiences from which we can draw useful lessons.
